This pokemon is neato! Firstly, it has a TON of health– tied for 10th highest in Pokemon. It also gets access to Pain Split. Normally, having high health isn’t ideal with Pain Split since you risk giving more HP than you get but it works great when aimed at a teammate to sacrifice some of your health to patch up an ally. With Strength Sap, it can heal back up while weakening a threat and be used as an odd health pack. It gets a myriad of supportive options too, including three forms of speed control: Tailwind, Icy Wind, and Thunder Wave. The hits don’t stop there! It gets Will-O-Wisp, Haze, Hypnosis (let’s go gambling), and so on. There are far dumber supportive options too like Stockpile + Baton Pass. Technically, you can also Baton Pass a Minimize boost but don’t. I will think less of you as a person. With a respectable special attack, it can deal some damage while it supports too. It certainly isn’t on anyone’s mind when you think of a great Pokemon, but it has the potential to be a solid work horse and a thorn in the side of anyone who faces it.
