Now HERE’S a pokemon that can make use of Technician. Roserade is just a great pokemon, through and through. 125 base special attack is nothing to scoff at, and with Technician, Magical Leaf actually becomes a viable damaging move that never misses. Not only that, but Technician on a strong special attacker also makes Roserade one of the best Hidden Power users you’ll ever find. With extra coverage moves like Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, and Extrasensory, this is one versatile mon. And the cherry on top- Life Dew! Why not? Roserade is also extremely specially bulky, which works out for a grass/poison type whose main weaknesses (fire and psychic) are usually special attackers.
