Magnezone is a slow, bulky, powerful special attacker with a good typing and ability. Magnezone is fairly simple without many utility options outside of screens and Volt Switch, but its stats and typing help make up for that. Magnezone does have to work around a strong need for speed control and 4x weakness to Ground type attacks, but with a built in focus sash via the Sturdy ability, it should be able to get off meaningful damage fairly consistently. In the right matchups and with the right support, it will be a force to be reckoned with. Magnezone is a mid-to-high tier attacker that demands respect from opposing team builders even if it may die easily to a ground move.
