A vast supportive movepool allows you to tool it towards whatever your team needs, be it healing from life dew, potential burns from scald, speed control with icy wind, screens, accuracy drops from muddy water, or the very best and most obnoxious mode- coil + hypnosis! Milotic is the most iconic leftovers user of all time, and if you also give it Recover, killing it will be a monumental pain in the ass. Highly recommend.
