Bibarel has horrible stats and a fairly uninspiring move pool. It can only realistically function as a physical attacker but it does get access to Yawn, Super Fang, and Taunt. Its ability Simple is quite strong. With 1 swords dance, you can be at +4. Combine this with STAB Aqua Jet and Bibarel could be a real threat. That being said, Bibarel doesn't have the bulk or attack stat to consistently sweep under those conditions. As a late pick for adding a water type, it can do the job.
