Frosslass should be used more or less exclusively in its extremely powerful mega form. Frosslass is very fast, reasonably bulky, especially in Snow, and in its mega form threatens for big spread damage via Blizzard. It can set its own snow which it may then utilize to set Aurora Veil support, offer speed control via Icy Wind, or damage via Blizzard. At 120 speed, only a handful of pokemon can match or outspeed it, and the support it offers the team on top of being a fast offensive threat means you will never regret having Frosslass on your team. It is perhaps the strongest mega on the board and should be picked up in the 2nd round.
