Drapion is a solid physical attacker with a good stat distribution and typing. Its attack is a moderate 90 which is usable but not overwhelming by any means. It has a high defense of 110 but is somewhat specially frail. It has a speed of 95 which puts it slightly on the faster side, but it won’t outspeed very consistently. Dark+Poison typing leaves it weak to only ground, which is nice because most ground type attackers are physical, where its defenses are pretty good. Unfortunately its abilities are kind of useless, but it gets plenty of strong coverage options and can set itself up with Swords Dance. If you want to gamble with Sniper, you can use Night Slash and Cross Poison alongside a scope lens to roll for big crits, but it obviously will not be consistent. No access to Focus Energy is a bummer. Drapion will be a respectable mid-round pick to add a physical attacker.
