Compared to other Rotom options, Rotom-Mow gains a Grass typing and access to the attack Leaf Storm. The Grass typing gives Rotom a lot of exploitable weaknesses that means it won't be suited to function as a bulky support in the same way as other Rotom Appliance forms. It functions better as an offensive burst pokemon with Leaf Storm dropping special attack and giving it even less staying power. It's probably best paired with a Choice Scarf or Specs and used to burst down specific targets with a Grass weakness.
