It has a lot of potential. With 135 special attack and two solid abilities, it has the potential to do some really impressive damage. Potential. Unlike its previous evolution, Z isn’t very bulky. It is fast and hits hard and that’s it. It can hit harder with Adaptability to boost tri-attack into a really hard hitting move or use Download to (maybe) get a special attack boost and use a decent list of coverage moves. With Nasty Plot, it can hit even harder. Porygon-Z hits hard and has the same supportive options that 2 had, just without the bulk. If you need some non-Tailwind speed control, Z has both Icy Wind and Electroweb. It can absolutely round out a team’s offense.
